Buy Our Produce

Consumers are choosing clean, healthy, and ethically produced food.
At Bio-Integrity Growers Australia you can buy it directly from the source.
Increasingly consumers are seeking clean, healthy, and ethically produced food. There is a greater awareness today than ever before by people questioning where their food comes from and how it is produced. We have seen consumers choose the food that is right for them and their families over industrial type foods with little nutritional value. Bio-Integrity Growers Australia understand this which is why we value our customers and their requirements for premium nutritionally enriched food.
We produce around 6000 – 7000 tonne of grain per season from farms around Western Australia. Thanks to our large network of farmers we have scope to quickly expand supply capacity.

Producer direct supply relationships with ethically committed farmers
We work on producer direct supply relationships and ensure an ongoing ethical commitment. Our Carbon Positive farms in Western Australia have developed biological farming methods that enhance production using natural soil fertility processes resulting in optimal crop and pasture uptake of a wide range of macro and micro nutrients. We grow nutritionally enriched grains, lamb and beef from biologically enhanced soils. Our grains have been tested to have undetectable levels of chemical residues and a high level of nutritional diversity. We implement regenerative landscape management and place a large emphasis on being environmentally responsible. Currently we supply:

  • Wheat (AH, APW, Noodle)
  • Oats (Milling & Feed)
  • Barley (Malt & Feed)
  • Lamb (plus Hogget & Mutton)
  • Beef (local Yearling Steers)
  • Wool (AAAM)

We produce around 6000 – 7000 tonne of grain per season with scope to quickly expand supply capacity. There is also scope for supply chain investment to secure supply on a longer term basis. We hold integrity as an essential building block, not only for our methods of food production but also for the very important ongoing relationships vital for supply of our food to the consumer.

Bio-Integrity Grains

Bio-Integrity Growers Australia produce Bio-Integrity Grains, which consist of nutrient dense and diverse, low nitrate wheat, barley and oats of high test weight and excellent quality. Bio-Integrity Grains are produced using natural, renewable fertility methods and biological processes. These growing methods allow plants to access nutrients from the soil in a naturally balanced and wholesome manner.

The outcome of following these methods are producing optimum quality, strong grain with high trace element levels and the ability to withstand attack from pests and disease naturally. As a result no pesticides or fungicides are used on any of our grains.

Bio-Integrity Growers farms are located around the grain growing area of Western Australia from Mollerin to Wyalkatchem and Beverley. A spread of grower’s farms and locations enables assurance of supply in most circumstances. Our produce contains high levels of true protein and trace elements (up to 3 times more than conventionally grown grains). Our growing methods produce high hectolitre weight, increased bio-energy levels and lead to improved digestibility when our produce is consumed.

Bio-Integrity Grains are:

FUNCTIONAL – performance in food production
NUTRITIONAL – naturally balanced trace elements
BIOLOGICAL – improved digestibility, low allergen reactivity
ETHICAL – personally, socially, environmentally

Bio-Integrity Grains supply consists of approximately 6000 to 7000 total tonnes per year and can supply the following types:

  • Wheat (AH, APW, Noodle)
  • Oats (Milling & Feed)
  • Barley (Malt & Feed)

Bio-Integrity Lamb

Bio-Integrity Growers Australia produce Bio-Integrity Lamb. This pasture fed lamb, hogget and mutton is bred and raised on our grower’s own farms and is done so without the need for chemical drenching. Our pasture fed lamb contains higher true protein levels than conventionally farmed livestock and is higher in omega 3, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), lutein, beta-carotene and antioxidants such as vitamin E and vitamin C. Bio-Integrity Lamb is also lower in saturated fat.[1]

Because our grower’s farms are managed following biological principles, regenerating life in the soil, the direct result is greatly improved plant and animal health. Improved uptake and diversity of nutrients into each plant influences the quality of the diet for each animal and the meat they produce. This leads to a greater consistency of quality, taste and tenderness.

Bio-Integrity Growers pride themselves on producing farmer direct free-range animals which are not kept in feedlots and are not treated with antibiotics or growth hormones which may have a compromising effect on the health of our consumers.

Our sheep are all grazed in a free-range setting with minimum stress, resulting in meat which is naturally lean and ultimately tender and tasty. Bio-Integrity Growers practise biological farming methods, utilising soil-friendly fertilisers to support and encourage bio-diversity in soil life, resulting in excellent feed quality for our livestock. We believe that building soil health = improved plant health = improved animal health, and ultimately human health, in the way nature intended. Animals raised in such an environment thrive naturally, with no requirement for artificial chemicals to control intestinal parasites or the use of antibiotics. Raising animals in a consistent environment with consistent care and management ensures a consistent quality end-product year round.

Bio-Integrity Lamb’s commitment to marketing lamb raised on a pasture-fed diet with no grain supplements is in keeping with current international research which is highlighting the benefits to human health from this approach. Higher levels of Omega 3, Vitamin E, protein and lutein are just some of the health benefits to be enjoyed by choosing pasture-fed meats over the grain-fed alternative. Pasture-fed products are also the richest known source of another “good fat” called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). CLA may be one of our most potent cancer fighters.[2] Researchers from Finland recently found that the more CLA in a woman’s diet, the lower her risk of breast cancer. Women who consumed the most CLA had an amazing 60 per cent lower risk than those with lower levels.[3]

Bio-Integrity Lamb supply is available all year round.
Hogget and Mutton are also available on request.

Bio-Integrity Beef

Bio-Integrity Growers Australia produce Bio-Integrity Beef which is a premium free range, pasture fed animal. Our cattle are all raised and finished on pasture. In addition to this our finishing pastures are all 100% biologically driven, where life in the soil is flourishing and nutrition in the plants is superior. When combined with the benefits of time controlled grazing in a holistic sense and ensuring our cattle are always on a rising plain of nutrition, it becomes clear to see why our beef is superior.

Our biological pasture fed cattle, live in harmony with their surroundings. Always on bio-diverse pastures with access to trees for shade and good clean rainwater for drinking. We do not treat our livestock with hormones or feed them growth-promoting additives. As a result, the animals grow at a natural pace. For these reasons and more, grass-fed animals live low-stress lives and are so healthy there is no reason to treat them with antibiotics, growth hormones or any other drugs. This coupled with our management methods of low stress stock handling means our cows are a healthy, content and happy animal playing its essential part in the overall regeneration of the landscape it lives in.

A major benefit of raising animals on pasture is that their products are healthier for you. For example, compared with feedlot meat, meat from grass-fed beef has less total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories. It also has more vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin C, and a number of health-promoting fats, including omega-3 fatty acids and “conjugated linoleic acid,” or CLA.[1]

Bio-Integrity Beef supply consists of local type (Bos Taurus) Yearling Steers, such as Black Angus, Red Angus and Murray Grey.

Bio-Integrity Wool

Bio-Integrity Growers Australia produce Bio-Integrity Wool, which is a high quality, high strength, soft white wool for eco aware, quality conscious clothing buyers.

Our wool trait focus consists of growing a high quality, heavy cutting fleece that is grown on pure merino sheep that are chosen for their sound structure and early maturing. The plainer body type of our sheep allow for easier management and ease of shearing. This type of animal is again selected specifically for its wool traits which carry a super soft wool and hence a very deep and well defined crimp. This wool type is stylish, soft handling and has excellent comfort factor. The staple strength and elasticity of this type of wool mean very few tender fleeces.

The management practices of Bio-Integrity Growers and their use of time controlled grazing means that even in a dry season with a long summer, staple strength is always present. Bio-Integrity Growers excellent wool is a direct result of bio-diverse pastures, diet and the ability of the animal to access a greater more diverse nourishment. This in turn means a good nourishment throughout the fleece and skin developing good fibre bundles adding to the overall lustre of the fleece of our sheep.

We produce approximately 100 Bales per year of AAAM, with an average micron of between 18-20.

Bio-Integrity Wool is best suited to processors that manufacture clothing for eco brands and labels world wide.
